You may browse any of the available documents and if authorized, leave comments on any of the pages.

There are different documents for different needs – each written independently. Readers will find a lot of ‘repetitions. This is not necessarily on purpose – each document has been written independently and where necessary, explanations have been given in order for users to better understand the subject(s) discussed. Experienced users might find this of help if they are just consulting the documents for some clarification.

Also, while writing these documents, our authors did not know the particularities of the business of our future clients. We have therefore used terms potentially unfamiliar to our users – they are the ones we have found most frequently while analysing and building the system. Consult our ‘Glossary’ for a detailed definition of the terms used within the system.

While the authors have taken great care to describe the features and functions with all required details and as completely as possible, it is likely that our readers find errors and inconsistencies when ‘confronting’ the documentation with the actual product. This can be due to the fact that the version they are using is ‘younger’ than this document or simply due to one of our writers not being precise enough in his/her explications keeping in mind that their native language is probably not English.
