| Address | Your company's address | Up to three lines identifying the postal address of your company. |

| VAT number | Your VAT number | Required if you plan to use the order entry feature in TraMarS |
| Addresses with reference numbers | Indicate if your accounts/distributors are identified using unique reference numbers. | If you are planning to import existing addresses, this would allow for the automatic resolution of management accounts during the import process. |
| Territories as per reporting structure | Enabling this feature indicates that the visit territories for your merchandisers are identical to the reporting structure. | If left disabled, visit territories are to be maintained separately from this structure. |
| Enable workstation access control | This feature allows for the access to local workstations to be limited to authorized users only. | Unless enabled, any user recorded in the system can access any of the configured work stations |
| Languages | Available languages (other than the one selected on the previous page) are displayed in the language table and you need to determine which ones you want to be used and installed for your site. In a multiple site installation, select all of the languages which might be used at any of your future subsidiary sites, The 'User language' column shows languages with available translations. | |
| Install | Click this column if the corresponding language needs to be installed | |
| Use | Click this column if your site will be using this language. | This column is visible only if you are installing a multiple site instance. |
